Representative to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries regarding benefits and eligibility in
a courteous and professional manner
Provide accurate information to resolve member and provider
inquiries
Document all customer interactions thoroughly and educate customers
on eligibility, benefits, claims payment, and authorizations
Required Qualifications
2 years of experience in customer service
2 years of experience in call center support
2 years of experience speaking Mandarin
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience level: Experienced
