Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teacher's Aide to support classroom activities and assist teachers in providing a nurturing educational environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children K-8TH grade levels. . Duties Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities. Support students in literacy and math education by providing individualized attention and guidance. Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment. Facilitate small group instruction and provide support during activities. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teacher regarding individual student needs. Provide care and supervision during breaks, lunch, and other non-instructional times. Engage with students in play-based learning activities to promote social skills and cooperation. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Skills Pursuing child development Teacher Aide Tutor Ability to work effectively with children of various ages and developmental stages. Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and staff members. Experience in daycare settings or private schools is beneficial. Understanding of childhood development principles to support student growth effectively. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in children's lives through education and care.
