Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. Seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to
support K-12 students in a resource and inclusion setting. This
contract position is based in Carlsbad, NM, with a virtual option
available, offering a full 37.5-hour workweek for the current
school year (CSY). Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement
individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students
unique needs. Provide resource and inclusion support to students
with disabilities across K-12 grade levels. Collaborate with
general education teachers, therapists, and families to promote
student success. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting
instructional strategies as needed. Maintain compliance with
federal, state, and district special education regulations. Desired
Qualifications: Valid Special Education teaching certification
appropriate for K-12. Experience supporting students in resource
and inclusive classroom settings. Strong knowledge of IEP
development and progress monitoring. Excellent communication skills
to work effectively with students, staff, and families. Ability to
manage a virtual teaching environment when assigned. Location:
