Creative Perspectives seeks a motivated individual to be our team’s
newest Sales Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and
develop a dynamic sales team, directly impacting Frontier’s growth
and success in San Bernardino. If you're passionate about sales,
team development, and achieving ambitious goals, this entry-level
position awaits! Management Associate Responsibilities Manage and
enable sales success for the team, overseeing all sales activities.
Spearhead the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and training of
outside sales agents. Clearly define expectations and ensure
accountability for employee performance. Leverage reporting and
analytics to inform business decisions. Foster cross-departmental
collaboration to achieve company objectives. Provide coaching and
ensure compliance with Frontier's Consumer Sales Methodology.
Regularly communicate territory assignments to sales specialists.
Address employee relations issues, conduct performance appraisals,
and complete administrative tasks related to sales activities.
