As a Sales Representative focused on Environmental Remediation
Services, you will be a key player in developing and maintaining
client relationships in industries such as engineering,
construction, consulting, and Fortune 500 corporations. This is an
outside sales position where you'll engage directly with clients,
helping them navigate complex environmental challenges-from
contaminated soil cleanup and tank removals to wetland restoration
and landfill closures.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to:
- Build your own client portfolio.
- Leverage industry knowledge in environmental regulations and
solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored proposals and
services.
- Conduct cold calls and prospecting to generate new business
opportunities.
- Arrange and attend face-to-face meetings with prospective and
existing clients.
- Develop proposals and pricing strategies that address client
needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor by translating technical expertise into
solutions for clients.
- Maintain communication between clients, estimating teams, and
management to ensure smooth project execution.
- Follow up on client projects to drive satisfaction and repeat
business.
Your time will be dedicated to:
- Cold Calling for New Business (15%)
- Face-to-Face Meetings (25%)
- Follow-ups on Client Files (15%)
- Client and Internal Communication (10%)
- Proposal Development (15%)
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in sales within environmental remediation,
hazardous waste services, or related industries.
- A strong understanding of environmental services, industry
terminology, and applicable regulations.
- Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work
independently to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A drive to make a difference by helping clients solve critical
environmental challenges.
