promote and sell products and services through a consultative sales
approach.
Key Responsibilities
Achieves sales targets by interacting with customers via chat
and/or phone
Utilizes consultative sales techniques to identify customer needs
and provide tailored solutions
Maintains high performance levels in a competitive environment
while ensuring a positive customer experience
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2-5 years of relevant work experience
Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
Ability to work variable schedules, including nights and
weekends
Proficiency in using digital tools and technologies
