Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Create scalable models integrating data for quota deployment, GTM
optimization, and headcount planning
Enhance sales compensation performance through the development of
analytics platforms
Deliver business insights to understand causality and the impact of
actions on outcomes
Required Qualifications
8+ years in Sales/GTM Operations with knowledge of sales processes
and compensation
Strong financial modeling skills, including proficiency in
Excel
Experience with SQL, Tableau, and Business Intelligence tools
Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
Experience managing stakeholders in a matrix environment
