Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Administration Coordinator -
Part-Time.
Key Responsibilities
Review and enter sales-related paperwork into Oracle CPQ and
ERP
Initialize sales bookings and manage email requests in a timely
manner
Coordinate with other departments and provide support to
customer-facing revenue employees
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and
Outlook
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or an organizational ERP
system
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer contract review and
electronic document management
Familiarity with purchase orders, invoices, and accounts receivable
is preferred
Ability to enter large volumes of data with minimal errors
