Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative in
Nevada.
Key Responsibilities
Provide quality customer service by educating members about
benefits and plan options
Respond to member inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and
claims while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
Document transactions and participate in departmental meetings and
training sessions
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of call center or related customer service experience
required
1-2 years of experience with Medicare benefits preferred
Experience in the healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy industry is
highly desirable
Data entry and general computer skills required
Ability to handle a high call volume while maintaining a calm
demeanor
