Job Description:
A company is looking for an EDM Product Consultant to implement
and configure their Employee Document Management application for a
global customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure the Employee Document Management
application, typically leading a workstream
Understand customer requirements and design solutions aligned to
their needs
Support junior team members and share knowledge effectively
Required Qualifications
Very good understanding of Workday products
(HCM/Financials/Payroll)
Experience in a customer-facing consulting environment with a
strong customer focus
Good commercial awareness and understanding of project and business
dynamics
Consulting skills, including presenting and participating in
workshops
Aware of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies, ensuring
information security
