Job Description:
A company is looking for a Knowledge Management Analyst II.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a key interface between business unit knowledge
contributors and the KM Core team, providing consulting support for
content development
Write and edit documentation to align with business needs and
objectives, collaborating with knowledge asset owners and SMEs
Facilitate meetings to gather and validate policy and procedural
information while managing project progress from analysis through
implementation
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or
relevant experience in lieu of degree
Minimum of two (2) years experience writing policies and
procedures
Preferred minimum of two (2) years experience in content/knowledge
management or instructional design
Strong understanding of Knowledge/Content Management
Proficiency in personal computers and supporting software in a
Windows-based environment, including MS Word/Excel/Access
