Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant to work
remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate and timely work efforts while exceeding customer
expectations
Consult with management to understand business processes and
configuration best practices
Manage multiple project assignments and deliverables to ensure
timely completion
Required Qualifications:
Associate degree or higher in management information systems or
related field, or equivalent experience
At least 1 year of implementation or customer support experience in
healthcare or financial technology
Working knowledge of healthcare payment systems preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, Word,
Outlook)
