Job Description:
A company is looking for an Ecommerce Analyst to support the
end-to-end customer journey and e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities
Project manage multiple XF initiatives, including developing
project plans, tracking timelines, and identifying risks
Identify data needs to inform business decisions and conduct
research on marketplaces and social commerce
Evaluate commercial KPIs and customer behavior to discover
opportunities for business improvement
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a strategy or customer experience
function
Deep knowledge of and passion for the global retail or e-commerce
B2C industry
Experience with business analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics,
Tableau, and advanced Excel
Ability to operate both strategically and tactically while
maintaining customer centricity
Highly organized with a problem solver mindset and ability to
manage multiple work streams
