Ignite your Future****Job Purpose:**Performs inventory receiving,
shipping, and asset management. Technician will be responsible for:
order tracking, accessories management, managing hardware, and
accessory deployment to all users. This role involves reading,
understanding Purchase Orders, and updating ServiceNow. Assists in
the testing of hardware and moving assets when needed; will be
responsible for Media Sanitization. Education and Experience: High
School Diploma or equivalent. 4 to 5 years of relevant work
experience**Main Duties and Responsibilities:*** Assist with
inventory and asset management, preventative maintenance, and
e-recycling* Deploy and recover laptop and desktop images* Perform
customer support for over 6,500 users* Use ticketing systems
(Service Now) to report individual work accomplishments and to
track Service Level Agreements (SLAs)* Maintain and updates records
and tickets using ServiceNow* Provide support on an as needed basis
outside of normal business hours* Requires walking, standing,
stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, reaching with arms and
hands* Ability to regularly lift, move and carry computer equipment
weighing up to 100 lbs. Use of common power tools and climbing of
ladders required.* Alert management to any issues that may require
escalation with details of the situation* Other duties as
required**Qualification/Skills:*** Familiar with troubleshooting
Windows 10 OS, know how to build and set up a PC/Laptop, and
experience with imaging and reimaging machines.* Experience Windows
10* Familiar Apple OS Preferred but not necessary* Familiar with
Microsoft SCCM Preferred but not necessary* Familiar with Apple
Jamf Preferred but not necessary* 4-5 years of related experience
in warehouse, or inventory management* Advanced skills in Microsoft
Excel* Strong skills in math, reconciliation, research, attention
to detail and prioritization* Excellent organizational, analytical,
and clear written and verbal communication skills* Ability to work
well with a team and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced
environment* Strong Customer Service skills (internal and
external)* The company will not pursue or support visa sponsorship
for this position.**Experience/Education:*** High school diploma or
general education degree (GED) and 3 to 5 years related experience
and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and
experience* 3-5 years desktop systems support experience in
mid-to-large environments.* Technical Certifications Preferred but
not necessary:+ CompTIA A+ (Preferred)+ Apple (ACMT, ACSP)* Ability
to comfortably lift and carry up to 100 lbs.* Strong dedication to
customer service, excellent verbal/written communications skills,
and interpersonal skills* Experience using ITSM for problem/ticket
management (ServiceNow)**Security Clearance Requirements:**The
ability to obtain and maintain a PublicFor all positions requiring
access to technology/software source code that is subject to export
control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either
verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
