Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Mobility Field Tech I to join our team in the Altadena, CA location. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist with day-to-day enrollment/provisioning/monitoring of devices; Assist with configuration and roll-out of devices for agency Full life-cycle Managed Mobility Services including procurement, staging, and kitting Ability to understand and operate within Service Now End-to-end responsibility for mobile device life cycle management business including Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires daily delivery and execution while planning Triage and troubleshoot desktop, mobile, and network connectivity issues Will work with various 3rd party vendors and engage with them to open tickets, deal with technical issues, with Samsung, Verizon, Apple, etc - activate SIM cards Respond to and diagnose technical issues through interaction with client's face to face and remotely. Manage and maintain inventory of mobility devices preparing for surge in demand. Monitor and track incidents in current ticketing system in support of the incident and problem management process; recognize high priority tickets and act within the expected response time Update all assigned tickets capturing troubleshooting activities and resolution Resolve escalations from the IT Service Desk and handle client support requests as well as take ownership of product issues and ensuring closure is achieved. Basic Qualifications: A minimum of (3) three years of experience in a Computer Hardware environment and a Bachelor's degree, or the equivalent combination of formal education, training, and experience Must have extensive knowledge of Mobile Computing and Telephony, including but not limited to, Device Management and Deployment and understanding application and operating systems (Window, iOS, and Android platforms) Excellent English oral, written, and listening communication skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Experience with IT Service Management Software Strong organizational skills Strong customer service skills Preferred Qualifications: Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) ServiceNow Incident Management experienced a Plus Clearance Requirements: Must be an U.S. citizen Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, peers, management, and customers which may involve delivering presentations in-person and/or remotely. Must be able to access, exchange, communicate and converse accurate information in these situations. Constantly operates a computer, mobile phone and other peripherals For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
