The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas. -BioLife Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd. -How you will contribute: -

• You will oversee employee performance and scheduling -
• You will lead Inventory Control efforts and lead in operational efforts -
• You will work with donors to resolve concerns -
• You will analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events -
• You will perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas. -
  • You will foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts. -What you bring to Takeda: -
    • High school diploma or equivalent -
    • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification -
    • Frequent bending and reaching -
      • Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds -
      • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance -
