A company is looking for a Senior Account Executive, Ancillary
Benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Accountable for servicing large group clients and acting as the
primary broker contact
Utilizes knowledge of ancillary benefits and leave management to
address issues and advocate for broker and client outcomes
Manages the sold case implementation process and drives the renewal
process, identifying enhancement opportunities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher
5-10 years of experience in account management or service role
within a carrier or brokerage organization
Understanding of ancillary products and knowledge of leave
management
Holds an active life, accident, and health license
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts to organizational
change
