Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to
manage customer interactions and enhance customer satisfaction in
the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer tickets, emails, and calls in a prompt and
professional manner
Troubleshoot customer inquiries related to residential solar
products and take ownership of customer experience
Conduct analysis of net-metering and solar buyback programs, and
assist with system commissioning
Required Qualifications
Associates or bachelor's degree in business, economics,
communications, or a related field
Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience, including 2+ years
in solar customer service or the solar industry
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Impeccable attention to detail
