A company is looking for a Backend Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Lead backend development efforts and manage team schedules and
objectives
Mentor team members and oversee their professional development and
performance evaluations
Ensure high-quality code and efficient workflows through reviews
and best practices
Required Qualifications
5+ years of backend development experience using PHP and/or
Typescript
3+ years of experience with backend systems in production
2+ years of experience building high-availability applications in
AWS
Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming principles
Experience with Clean Architecture and event-driven systems
