Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Specialist, hybrid position
with two days remote work.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries from physicians, hospitals, and ancillary
providers regarding operational concerns and service requests
Act as the primary contact for assigned providers, facilitating
resolution of service issues and ensuring effective
communication
Validate and update provider demographic and practice changes in
relevant systems accurately and timely
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and
experience
2 years' experience in a customer service role within a healthcare
services organization
Proficiency with desktop computer applications, including Microsoft
Office and mainframe systems (QNXT/eVips)
Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with ICD and CPT
coding
Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks
effectively
