A company is looking for a SVP, Operations to lead operational
growth and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with founders and leadership to operationalize the agency's
vision and drive growth
Oversee operations, project management, and establish an
operational leadership team
Manage pricing, staffing strategies, and ensure client satisfaction
and operational success
Required Qualifications
20+ years of experience in marketing agencies, particularly in
creative or social environments
Experience in rapidly growing agencies with 50-200 employees
Proven ability to partner with founders and lead transformation
initiatives
Expertise in project management, resource management, and financial
planning
Familiarity with legal issues and best practices in a creative
agency context
