Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Analytics Data Scientist.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute the people analytics strategy in collaboration
with various teams
Develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights effectively
to stakeholders
Analyze data patterns and utilize predictive modeling to enhance
talent metrics and employee engagement
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Data Analytics, with 3-6 years in
People/HR Analytics
Proven experience in establishing and scaling a people analytics
function
Strong technical skills in SQL and Python or R, with experience in
building ETL pipelines
Familiarity with HR data processes and experience with reporting
solutions using HRIS and visualization tools
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and work
cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
