Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor 2.
Key Responsibilities:
Process FHA, VA, Conventional, and Jumbo loans while ensuring
compliance with documentation requirements
Maintain communication with borrowers and internal partners to
manage loan processing timelines and workflows
Review and verify loan documents for accuracy and completeness
before submission to Underwriting
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
Minimum of 1 year of experience in residential mortgage processing
or related roles
Knowledge of federal and state mortgage guidelines and
regulations
Familiarity with automated underwriting systems
Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of loans
effectively
