responsibilities:Process Orders; receive orders via phone/email,
enter orders in system, follow up on ordersProvide Customer Service
via phone and email correspondenceRetain and recall customer
informationMaintain strong working relationships with our
customers, understanding customers' needsAnswer incoming phone
calls and field where they need to be directedCommunicate with
production staff in order to ensure purchase orders are fulfilled
correctlyPerform general office administrative duty, assist other
team members if neededCross train in all order processing positions
for back-up purposesManage and coordinate all appointments and
maintaining an organized calendarRequirements:Intermediate skills
with Sage, Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access
preferredIntermediate math skillsAbility to work in a
collaborative, team-oriented environment, along with being able to
be self-motivated to complete all assigned tasks as requiredTeam
player with a strong desire to be an active, long-term participant
in the Company growthMust possess exceptional organizational and
detail orientated skillsMust work efficiently under deadline
pressures; problem solving and critical thinkingAbility to learn
quickly, make an immediate impact, and provide value-added service
to our clientsMust be proficient in writing professional emailsMust
have the ability to adapt to new protocols and consider ways to
improve existing systemsBilingual in English/Spanish
