Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Benefits Call Center
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a steady volume of incoming calls regarding employee
benefits
Provide assistance and solutions related to healthcare, retirement,
and additional employee perks
Navigate multiple systems while actively listening to customer
inquiries
Required Qualifications
Previous customer service and/or call center experience
High school diploma or GED
Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is
preferred
Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training
program
Must pass a criminal background check and drug test
