Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Switchboard Operator who
will provide customer service support and manage incoming calls for
various entities.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure quality customer service for internal and external
customers
Redirect incoming customer service requests and assess customer
needs
Provide administrative support for Consumer Affairs teams and
Executive offices
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of customer service experience in an office setting
Ability to work a hybrid schedule during normal business hours
