Volt is immediately hiring for a Batch Blender in Bakersfield, CA.

As a Batch Blender, you will:

Be in charge of setting up and operating the line systems equipment. Will also pull samples for the QA department and make minor adjustments to ingredient levels and equipment during the processing day.

Set up and start the equipment for the beginning of the day
Set temperatures and speeds to proper settings
Fill kettles and add proper ingredients, pull samples for the QA department while keeping logs on time, temperature, and quantity of ingredients added
Control and monitor when product is sent down the line
Keep working rooms clean and running correctly
Report any malfunctions of the equipment

This is a Full Time Temp to Hire Opportunity!

Schedule : Monday-Friday 5:00Pm-5:00pm- OT and Weekends if needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

1+ Year of Batching Experience
Able to work in a wet environment
Be able to keep Batching room clean and running correctly
Stand for extended period of time
Bilingual

Pay: $19.00 Per Hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
