Job Description:
A company is looking for an Insurance Support Specialist to
assist in meeting educators' insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a thorough understanding of products and processes
Assist customers and agents with inquiries regarding coverage,
billing, claims, and policy changes
Research, process, and resolve moderately complex inquiries while
maintaining quality and compliance
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Two years of college or equivalent business experience
Property and casualty insurance experience is preferred
Ability to obtain an Insurance Producer License and Non-Resident
License within six months of hire
