A company is looking for a CRM Functional Specialist - Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document CRM requirements
Configure Salesforce functionality to meet business needs
Create and maintain reports and dashboards for decision-making support

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of three years of experience in a Salesforce-related role
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Account Engagement
Proficiency in configuring Salesforce declarative features
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical deliverables
