Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Support Associate for a
hybrid/remote position in Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to
ensure timely and quality service delivery
Manage the delivery of contractual services, including vendor
coordination and invoice processing
Assist in compliance with Health & Safety requirements and gather
data to identify and solve complex problems
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related
experience
Comprehensive understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and
concepts within the job function
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Advanced math skills, including the ability to calculate
percentages, discounts, and markups
Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need
for visa sponsorship
