Job Description:
A company is looking for an Infrastructure Support Specialist to
oversee equipment servicing and provide consulting services in
hardware, networking, and security.
Key Responsibilities
Provide quality telephone support with a focus on customer service
and product expertise
Troubleshoot and oversee repairs of defective equipment and perform
software troubleshooting
Sell consulting services and generate revenue through customer
engagements and support agreements
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a customer-facing role
Industry knowledge and experience in driving revenue from sales of
services
Experience troubleshooting and configuring hardware and software,
including servers and Windows OS
Ability to support changing departmental initiatives with strong
decision-making skills
Flexibility to work across different time zones, primarily in
CDT
