Job Description:
A company is looking for a Dealer Mechanical Services (DMS)
Supervisor to lead a transactional team in processing mechanical
service contracts and maintenance agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee workflow queues and monitor processing request aging to
maintain high levels of customer service
Track productivity, optimize staffing, and provide training to
enhance team performance
Analyze data to streamline processes and contribute to departmental
projects for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
High School graduate or equivalent
Previous supervisory or leadership experience required
Background in banking, finance, or accounting preferred
Familiarity with CDK, Excel, and SharePoint is a plus
Must be 18 years or older
