Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education
preferred
Experience in customer service, financial services, or insurance is
preferred
Ability to navigate complex customer interactions effectively
Willingness to adapt and contribute to continuous improvement in a
fast-paced environment
Remote workspace with reliable internet and power is required
