Our production team is looking for an experienced lead producer to work directly with our third-party content partners to deliver high profile immersive video projects that meet the Apple standard. The producer who fills this role will have the opportunity to work on ground-breaking new content that will be seen around the world. They will be expected to work closely with external creative leaders and production companies, including high-profile talent when necessary.

Key Qualifications

• - Proven track record in successfully leading projects through all stages of development, pre-production, production and post
• - Plan and direct the work of freelance production personnel in addition to staff production personnel, and seamlessly blend the two.
• - Participate in decisions regarding the full scope of creative, content, production and budgeting.
• - Be comfortable working in a team environment, sharing ideas, taking feedback and working to ultimately produce the most compelling product possible.
• - Experience working along side post producers to manage workflow & scheduling with external partners.
• - Work closely with Director and department keys to ensure successful shoot
• - Experience managing sets with 50+ crew members
• - Foster and manage relationships with 3rd party production companies while ensuring internal goals are prioritized.
• - Strong internal cross functional partner management.
• - Ability to improve existing systems/processes or create new ones as needed
  
  Description
  
  The candidate for this role is expected to have the ability to manage multiple projects at once, from the biggest decisions to the most minor details, working in close collaboration with a team of other creative producers, camera technicians, and production crew. This position requires someone who is highly organized, self-motivated and has the ability to adjust to situations in the field as things change. Experience working in immersive formats is not required, but you must be willing to embrace changing the way content is created & the challenges that come with it.
  
  Education & Experience
  
  10+ years of working experience as a lead producer in film or television.

  • - Ability and interest to stay up to date with innovations in camera, edit and media storage technology - Provides regular feedback and mentoring to associate producers, production assistants and camera team - Strong research, communication and writing skills as well as the work ethic to utilize those skills - Flexible travel schedule required.
    
    Pay & Benefits
    
    
    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $183,900.00 and $276,600.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
