Job Description:

The Internal Services Lead will assume, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities:Monitors staff scheduling to ensure proper breaks and meal times are met.Supports AVP of Internal Services with daily observation of department/employee duties, suggesting adjustments.Supports AVP of Internal Services with meeting regulatory reporting deadlines, ensuring documents are sent to vendors in a timely manner.Supports AVP of Internal Services with IRA custodian duties by acting as security administrator.Maintains advanced knowledge of and supports departments in its daily tasks of the following: IRA's, levy and subpoena processing, loan servicing and corrections, dormant/escheat, deceased accounts.Maintains current in-depth knowledge of credit union policies and procedures and all other regulatory areas, including products and services.Maintains strict confidentiality of information, records and documents, as part of assisting with records management.The successful candidate will possess the following education, knowledge and skillsets:Minimum of 5 years financial institution experienceMinimum of one year in a direct supervisory roleMinimum 2 to 3 years of back-office experience in a financial institutionSelf-directed enthusiastic and highly motivated with a positive attitudeExcellent critical thinking skillsPersonal computer skills with programs such as Microsoft Word and ExcelSymitar experience preferred but not requiredWe provide competitive compensation and benefits package that includes:Health, dental, and vision plans401(k) planLife insurancePaid Time Off (PTO) PlanPaid holidaysEOEPDN-993757b1-0197-4740-b2c7-800d3507753a
