We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Thread
Roller Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This is an
excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to utilize their
skills in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment. The successful
candidate will play a critical role in our production process,
ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This
position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar
role. Responsibilities: 1. Operating and maintaining thread roll
machines to produce high-quality threaded fasteners. 2. Conducting
regular inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance and
safety. 3. Setting up thread roll machines according to job order
specifications. 4. Performing regular quality checks on produced
items to ensure they meet the required specifications. 5.
Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the
production process. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 2 years of
experience operating thread roll machines in a manufacturing
environment. 2. Proven expertise in producing high-quality threaded
fasteners. 3. Demonstrated ability to set up and maintain thread
roll machines. 4. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to
troubleshoot and resolve machinery issues. 5. Excellent attention
