Job Description Job Description Job Title: Supply Chain Manager Location: Pasadena, CA Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $100,000 annually Job Description We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations for our organization in Pasadena. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and improving procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor management to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. The ideal candidate is analytical, results-driven, and skilled at managing cross-functional relationships. Responsibilities Manage and optimize the full supply chain process, from procurement to distribution Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs Oversee inventory management, forecasting, and demand planning Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance Coordinate with internal teams including operations, finance, and sales Monitor KPIs and prepare reports on supply chain performance Identify risks and develop contingency plans to ensure continuity Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory control, and logistics processes Experience with ERP and supply chain management systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities What We Offer $100,000 annual salary Stable, full-time position Opportunity to lead and improve critical business operations Collaborative and professional work environment Pasadena-based role How to Apply Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply with an updated resume.
