Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Counsel - Corporate
Litigation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop case strategy, supervise outside counsel, and
report on litigation developments
Handle all aspects of case preparation including witness
interviews, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and
appeals
Counsel other law groups and employees on business disputes and
pre-litigation matters to minimize risk
Required Qualifications
J.D. or LL.M. degree from an accredited law school and admission to
practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction
Eight (8) years of litigation experience
Ten (10) or more years of experience with litigation, arbitration,
and investigation matters for large companies (preferred)
Experience at a large multinational law firm (preferred)
Trial experience and experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical
industry (preferred)
