Job Description:
A company is looking for an Overnight Software Support Engineer
to join their Support team and assist with technical issues related
to their software platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for Merchants and Partners through an
internal ticketing system
Create and update documentation as needed and prepare reports on
technical issues
Troubleshoot software problems and coordinate with other
departments to resolve issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred
1-3 years of relevant work experience in a JavaScript
environment
Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)
Exceptional understanding of HTML and excellent CSS skills
Understanding of browser developer tools for debugging and
testing
