Job Description:
A company is looking for a Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
Developer / Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business teams to analyze and document healthcare
claims workflows
Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots to automate tasks in the
claims lifecycle
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot RPA solutions to ensure
performance and compliance
Required Qualifications:
Strong understanding of healthcare claims processing and medical
coding
Experience designing and developing RPA bots using platforms like
UiPath or Automation Anywhere
Familiarity with QNXT's system architecture and data models
Knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards such as HIPAA
Programming/scripting experience (e.g., VB.NET, Python, SQL) is a
plus
