A company is looking for a Trades Contractor Recruiter -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the contractor hiring cycle, ensuring
customer satisfaction and service levels
Assist contractors with inquiries regarding home warranty
procedures and policies
Train new employees on recruiting processes and maintain contractor
documentation
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
Solid background and understanding of sales
Experience in home warranty or real estate is desirable
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
