Job Description NuWest Travel Nursing is seeking a travel nurse
RN Clinic Ambulatory Care for a travel nursing job in Downey,
California. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Ambulatory
Care - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/13/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks
- 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type:
Travel Minimum of one (1) year of ambulatory primary care clinic
setting with experience of Pediatrics and Infusion administration
as a Registered Nurse. RN must have experience with working
directly with patient health assessments, providing direct care,
performing triage, directing patients to appropriate level of care
with escalation to Code Assist for abnormalities, provide patient
education, administration of vaccines/skin tests, and coordinates
care with other providers. | Main duties include but are not
limited to: managing chronic conditions - assisting with minor
procedures documenting patient information acting as a patient
advocate to improve health outcomes and access to services.
Required certifications include active Registered Nurse license,
AHA BLS, MAB or CPI, LA City Fire and Life Safety card (must be LA
City), and must complete the LA County Employee Health Clearance
before assignment start date./n/nWeekly Pay Range: $1795.63 -
$2112.5 Per Week
