maintenance , you understand how critical equipment reliability is
to maintaining sterile drug product integrity and regulatory
compliance . We’re seeking experienced pharmaceutical manufacturing
mechanics who know the discipline of cGMP environments, sterile
production, and cleanroom equipment maintenance . In this role,
you’ll support advanced aseptic drug product manufacturing ,
maintaining high-precision equipment that keeps sterile
pharmaceutical production running safely and reliably. This
position is intended for candidates with pharmaceutical, biologics,
or sterile manufacturing maintenance experience. Advanced
Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Equipment You will maintain and
troubleshoot sophisticated sterile manufacturing systems including:
Bottle Tip Cap (BTC) aseptic filling lines Pre-filled syringe
filling systems Cartridge filling equipment Autoclaves and
sterilization systems Pharmaceutical water systems (RO / WFI) Steam
and critical process utilities Cleanroom HVAC and environmental
control systems These technologies form the backbone of modern
sterile drug product manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Perform
preventive and corrective maintenance on pharmaceutical
manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and
electromechanical system issues affecting sterile production lines
Maintain aseptic filling equipment , including BTC, cartridge, and
syringe systems Support equipment reliability in cGMP-regulated
sterile manufacturing environments Perform maintenance activities
inside ISO-classified cleanrooms Follow strict GMP documentation
and compliance procedures Accurately document maintenance
activities in CMMS systems Provide support for critical utilities
and pharmaceutical facility infrastructure Required Experience
(Pharmaceutical Manufacturing) Candidates must have direct
experience supporting pharmaceutical or sterile manufacturing
operations . 4 years of maintenance experience in pharmaceutical
manufacturing Experience supporting cGMP-regulated sterile or drug
product production environments Strong troubleshooting skills
across mechanical and electrical systems Experience working with
AC/DC electrical systems and industrial equipment Experience
working in cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environments Work
Environment You’ll be working in a high-technology pharmaceutical
manufacturing facility supporting sterile drug product operations.
