Job Description Seeking Nocturnal Hospitalists to join our
dedicated team in Victorville, CA. This is an excellent opportunity
for a Board-Certified Internal Medicine physician who thrives in a
fast-paced, high-acuity hospital setting. Experience working in a
hospitalist or ICU setting preferred 12-hour shifts: 8:00 PM " 8:00
AM Flexible scheduling options available 10-13 admissions per shift
Must be able to work with Residents Ability to perform critical
care procedures Open ICU coverage with responsibility for ER
admissions and floor coverage Procedures required (e.g.,
intubation, central lines, arterial lines, and paracentesis)
Supportive hospital leadership and experienced nursing staff
Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary with performance

limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education,
