RCM Healthcare, a leader in healthcare staffing, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team. This role focuses on providing behavior analysis services within educational settings, primarily working with children and adolescents displaying a range of behavioral challenges. The BCBA will design, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral interventions, collaborate with educational staff, and guide assessments. This position requires a deep commitment to enhancing educational outcomes through evidence-based behavioral practices. Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Train and supervise Behavior Technicians Regularly monitor and adjust interventions based on progress Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals Maintain compliance with ethical and legal standards Document services and outcomes for reporting and billing purposes Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis Strong analytical and decision-making skills Experience in behavioral assessment tools Ability to design and supervise intervention plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required State-specific licensure if applicable
