for a part-time Endodontist to practice in our Murrieta and Chula
Vista, CA offices 2 days a month. Percentage of Production - 50% of
production Office Location: - GD Murrieta - 39872 Los Alamos Rd,
Ste A1, Murrieta, CA 92562 - GD Chula Vista - 520 Broadway, Suite 1

- Endodontic Residency Certificate & Board Certification Required -
Accredited Dental School Graduate - Active CA Dental License in
good standing (or the ability to acquire OR license by time of
employment) - Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
