Located in north Bakersfield, our team of physicians and nurse
practitioners offers a wide variety of pediatric primary care
services for patients from birth through adolescence. Our Services
Include: - Well exams - Sick visits - Immunizations - Sports
physicals - Same-day appointments - After hours on-call coverage -
Expectant parent interviews (at no cost) - Telemedicine visits
Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated
Pediatric Physician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate
will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and collaborate
with a multidisciplinary team to meet the diverse needs of our
pediatric patients and their families. Key Responsibilities -
Provide comprehensive pediatric care in an outpatient setting -
Perform well-child exams, acute care visits, and preventive
services - Offer same-day appointments and participate in
after-hours on-call rotation - Conduct expectant parent interviews
and support family education - Utilize telemedicine platforms to
expand access to care - Collaborate with nurse practitioners and
other healthcare professionals Qualifications - MD or DO degree
with Board Certification or Eligibility in Pediatrics - California
medical license (or eligibility to obtain) - Strong commitment to
delivering evidence-based, family-centered care - Excellent
