Job Description:

Under supervision, provides professional nursing care to clinic patients, working collaboratively with providers to ensure quality care.
Performs general nursing duties, administers treatments, and assists with patient examinations and procedures.
Observes, records, and reports patient conditions and reactions to treatments.
Manages appointment scheduling, prioritizing emergencies, and maintaining patient flow.
Greets patients, collects histories and vital signs, prepares patients for exams, and instructs on sample collection.
Performs various clinical tasks such as specimen collection, medication administration, wound care, and patient education, in accordance with training and licensure.
Coordinates testing, admissions, and referrals, maintains accurate documentation, and updates patient records.
Ensures exam room readiness, participates in meetings, and maintains compliance with HIPAA, safety, and quality standards.
Supports professional development, maintains licensure, and adheres to organizational policies and ethical guidelines.
Requirements include LVN license, BLS certification, and per diem availability.
