Join us and be part of a team that combines Hollywood glamour with Beverly Hills prestige.This Forbes 4-Star hotel features over 500 rooms, 60,000 square feet of banquet space, and four food and beverage outlets, including two restaurants, a lounge, and in-room dining.The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Human Resources Management, experience working in a union environment, and be bilingual. This role reports directly to the Director of Human Resources.What will I be doing?As an Assistant Director of Human Resources, you will assist the Director in managing the HR functions to deliver outstanding guest service and profitability. Your responsibilities include:

• Overseeing and communicating HR functions such as recruiting, training, benefits, compliance, employee relations, labor relations, performance evaluations, workers' compensation, safety, employment processes, and leadership support.
• Managing daily HR department activities.
• Facilitating meetings, monitoring, and developing team member performance, including supervision, counseling, evaluations, and recognition.
• Managing team member relations programs like events and communications.
• Overseeing the team member data management system.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and training staff.
• Preparing HR-related reports.
• Acting in the absence of the Director.
