Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients to ensure
satisfaction and retention
Drive client satisfaction by optimizing service delivery processes
and leading initiatives for service excellence
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess
service delivery quality and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with
a significant portion in leadership
Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
in service delivery
Experience in strategic planning and execution with an emphasis on
service optimization
Relevant education or training in healthcare management or a
related field
